Somehow, it’s already that time of year. The time for family and friends, sharing and caring, and… New Years Resolutions! As we wrap up 2016, most of us are starting to contemplate making some positive changes for the upcoming year-which is great. Despite bad habits we may have developed or any “ruts” we have fallen into, every January 1st we get a fresh start.
For most of us, at least one of our resolutions will be health related. We want to start eating better, start working out more, drop a few pounds or really just be healthier in general. So as we embark on our fresh start in a few weeks, I’d like to ask you all a personal favor. Please add in a “Better Sleep” resolution. Do a little research on your habits and the positive or negative impact they may be having on your sleep. Make the minor changes necessary to start sleeping better. If you can, you will start to notice a change for the better in the next few weeks… and this change will make your other resolutions that much easier to achieve. Good Luck!
